Returns
All returns without exception must be accompanied with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
This number can be got from Water Healthcare by calling 1300 424 828
Please do not return any goods prior to obtaining your RAN
Warranty
The warranty covers the original owner only. Repair work can only be done through the Water Healthcare authorised centre repair. Please thoroughly read the owners manual and watch the installation video before attempting to use your ionizer.
How the warranty works:
Warrantee covers any and all defective parts for the period of time shown in schedule 1 depending on product.
Schedule 1
Lifetime - C3 and Ultra Filter Housings and Ionizer Armor
5 Years - Chanson VS 70 and Miracle
3 Years - Chanson Eden
1 Year - Apex pressure control valve
Filter life is dependent on water flow. No Filter should be kept longer than 12 months under any circumstances
What is covered:
The Limited Lifetime warranty expressly covers all failures due to defects in materials and/or workmanship; which can occur during normal use. This is a “repair or replace” warranty, Water Healthcare will always attempt to repair your unit, if repair is not possible Water Healthcare will supply a replacement unit at its discretion.
Customers outside Australia take full responsibility for any shipping costs to and from repair center for warranty work and for any duties or customs fees incurred unless otherwise agreed in writing by Water Healthcare
What is not covered or what will void my warranty:
Warranty is void if the faucet or ionizer has been opened. All Chanson ionizers and Chanson faucets are factory sealed. Please never attempt to service the machine yourself as this will void your warranty and could cause serious bodily harm.
